Step 1. First, download and install PDFgear on your device. Fire up the PDFgear program, click “Open File” and select the PDF to open it.

Step 3. In the Edit Text mode, select the PDF text that you intend to change its font. Then click on the Font option (marked with your current font) from the upper ribbon and select your desired font.

Adobe Acrobat offers text formatting tools for you to change PDF text font, font color, and font size. However, you should note that this feature is only available in the paid version – Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Step 1. Launch Adobe Acrobat and go to File > Open to open the PDF file you want to edit.

No, you can’t change all the text in the PDF in one go. PDFgear recognizes PDF text as multiple text blocks, and you’ll need to work with them one by one.
No, scanned PDFs are essentially images, and you can’t directly edit the font. However, you can use OCR (Optical Character Recognition) to convert the image-based text into editable text, and then change the font using an editor.
PDFgear has an Edit Text mode that allows you to edit existing PDF text while maintaining the original font.
PDFgear does not currently allow users to upload new fonts directly. However, you can select from the available font styles that are pre-installed within the software.
